Can I come if I don’t have a vehicle?

Yes! You are welcome to camp in a Tent or visit as a day visitor.

​​

What are the shows opening hours for day visitors?

Friday 10am - 11pm

Saturday 10am - 11pm

Sunday 10am - 6pm



Can I Book a market , craft, Artisan Stall

How do I book a catering stand?

When can I arrive for camping?

Friday entry from 7am-10am

Early access available from 2pm on Thursday via pre booked system. Payment on

the gate of £20.

Can I play my own music?

Yes - But be respectful of your neighbours. Music must be kept to a sensible level especially at night

 

 

Can I have a firepit/BBQ?

​Yes but  the Firepit/BBQ must be over 30cm of the ground and you must have your own personal fire extinguisher to hand.

​​Are Tents and Caravans welcome to the event?

Tents -Yes

Caravans - No - Unfortunately we do not have space for caravans this year.

Are programmes available at the event?

Yes - You will receive a full breakdown of stage and activity times on the day of arrival

What are the camping facilities and can I bring a generator?

Toilets and Elson points provided.

Limited Showers

No generators allowed onsite I am afraid.

gradients in areas,

Are there queues at check in?

Yes.

We aim to reduce this by providing access between 2pm and 8pm on the Thursday

You will need to pre-book the early access and stick to the times of arrival on the ticket. 


Payment for early access will be required on the day..

​What happens if I arrive late evening?

We will try to accommodate as best we can.

 

There will be a contact number available for the day, so if you running a little late

we can accommodate you.

 

Is camping available pre event?

Yes - Access available from 2pm on the Thursday. Up until 8pm.

​

Can I bring my car on to tent area?

No but we have free parking just outside gate 

 

​When do campers have to depart?

Campers can leave from 5pm Sunday.

 

All campers MUST be offsite by midday Monday.

​

Is there an onsite shop?

Yes - We have a vendors suppling fresh bread, milk, eggs, bacon etc  each morning -

More details provided soon.

Is single night camping available?

No.

 

How much is parking?

Day visitor parking is free

​

Is the event disabled friendly?

Yes - Everyone is welcome and we will accommodate as best we can.

 

Please be aware though that the event is being held in a grassed area so some of the

ground may be uneven.

​

Is there a disabled camping area?

No - But we will take into account any access requirements and put you as close to the

action to limit movement as best we can.

​

Are there any concessions?

Yes - children under 11 are free.

​​Are dogs and other pets allowed?

Yes - Dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead in main area

we do have a dedicated dog walking area they can roam free but please pick up mess

 

What is the medical/first aid procedure?

Any medical/first aid issues should be reported to the 1st aid point.

Any emergency's should be called through to the emergency phone number provided on

the day.

​

Is there elson points available?

Yes - And these must be used for emptying toilet waste, anybody caught emptying their

cassettes in the toilets will be asked to leave site

​

Is there a cash machine on site?

No I am afraid not.
